Process Of Dehydrated Garlic:-
The process starts by separating cloves from the bulb. After the skin is peeled off and root ends of the cloves are cut, garlic skin is removed. Ageing is the best way to remove skin part of garlic. The another method is to microwave the cloves for less than eight seconds. Once all skin is removed and root ends are cut, cloves are washed. Dehydration is a process of removing the water content, while retaining nutrients and flavour. Dehydrated garlic has fresh and pure aroma and good taste.
